How to Add a New Contact in Gigs
Follow these steps to add a new contact to your Gigs account:
Step 1: Access the Contacts List
- On the Your Pipeline page, look for the navigation menu on the left-hand side.
- Click on "Contacts" to open the main Contacts page.
Step 2: Start Adding a New Contact
- On the upper right-hand side of the main Contacts page, locate and click the pink "+Add New" button.
Step 3: Enter Contact Information
- In the "Contact Info" box, paste or type all available information for your new contact.
- Note: An email address is required to complete this step.
Step 4: Proceed to the Next Step
- After entering the contact details, click the "Next" button to continue.
Step 5: Review Contact Information
- Review the information you’ve entered to ensure everything is accurate.
- If everything looks correct, click the "Next" button to proceed.
Step 6: Confirm the Client Company (Optional)
- If applicable, confirm the Client Company information associated with the new contact.
Step 7: Complete the Process
- After confirming the client company (if available), the new contact will be successfully created and added to your main Contact List.
Your new contact is now part of your Contacts list and ready to be included in any existing or new Gigs!
